mine sure as hell has. i have a dressage top hat i had custom made back in 94' it's a 7 7/8's size adn this was when i had very thick hair and it fit a touch loosely. my hat size is now 8 1/4 and with NO hair at all on my head the top hat isnt even close to fitting as far down on my head as it's supposed to. i'm not even considering showing horses ever again, just confused about my melon getting so big
