« on: July 06, 2008, 05:13:04 PM »
I have an old CB 750K I am going to need at least one header pipe and really want to find a stock seat and Air cleaner since my bike was modified to use kn pods.
Of course a carb cleaning and gerneral clean up are just starting.

Hate to say this -

But ALL CB750K's are old - ! ;D

Which year and model?

You probably have the SOHC4 equivalent of the "holy grail"

(Fans are tense - crowd is hushed)

Could it be a SANDCAST K0 ???  ???

I doubt it. I have a CB750K 78. Last year of the SOHC.
Has a Vetter Fairing, Trunk, and a King and Queen seat. I will probably get ride of those and restore it to original condition.

OH DRAT!!!!!!

I guess it's close enough to the "holy grail".

I believe you may be able to get the original pipes from Honda - They still have some parts - Expensive is the word.

Or you could try Dennis Kirk, bike bandit, or google it for more choices.

Most after market pipes are 4 into 1
Z1enterprises.com has a 4 into 1 set listed for $375.

Good luck

A 1978, hardly worth the effort fix up. Allow me to come and take it off your hands and save you from that demon.  ;D ;D ;D
