Topic: cb350 seats to cb400F

Howdy! i'm new to the forum and i've tried to search if this topic has been covered yet. My question is, will the cb350 seat fit the cb400f? If so, does it matter what year is it from? My bike is a '76 CB400F, and my seat's housing is cracked and rusted and i've checked at the local dealer if they can still get the seats for my bike for less than 300$.

i just like the 350 seat better than the 400f's.
