You need to look into the accuracy of the test used in the diagnosis. Don't take anything as fact until it is confirmed by multiple tests - my experience with pre-natal testing is that the early tests are hardly worth the bother except to suggest whether riskier testing is in order.
well celebrations are in order! the amnio tests showed that the baby is fine, new ultra sounds show the same thing. i have to believe that all the prayers and good thoughts from you folks, my second family, helped.
