Honda factory part for Rearsets.
« on: July 12, 2008, 09:24:03 PM »
Found my bag of goodies..

Have a 350 part thart should work on a 750  & others, for making controls. (if you can find them)

 Honda #24711-286-000

Basically a shifter spline clamp part that has a hole for linkage abou an ich of shifter shaft centerline. Should work well, I think they were used on 69 CB350.. a bit rough looking but it does come chromed.

I know the part you're referring to.  Some 350's had a complicated linkage system at the shift lever, with a really long shift lever that ran on it's own pivot.  My wife had a 73 CB350 that was set up like that.  We removed that setup and bolted up a 750 shift lever, it was a plug and play mod, so the other way around would work too.  I know for a fact that it fits the 750 splines because I've tried it.
