What did you used to clean and paint the motor?

The engine was completely disasembled...cam replaced, new valve springs, new chains, 836cc big bore. When I had the engine apart I sprayed with oven cleaner to degrease an strip paint. Engine was then painted with VHT cast coat aluminum.

Total cost to date...The bike was picked up for $300.00. __New dunlop vintage series tires $104.00...front and back.__ Tapered steering bearings $40.00. __Fork Gators $15.00.__ Wiring Harness $30.00__ 530 O-Ring Chain $80.00__Matching ignition, seat lock, steering lock with key FOR the year of bike $62.00__Same year factoy chain guard $30.00__836cc pistons, valve springs, cam...Tarde for service done to someones bike.__Bore $30.00__New points and condensor $25.00__New seat from Honda $170.00...my friend works in parts department ...factory from Honda Japan__House of Kolor paints for frame, tank, covers, swing arm, etc $150.00. BEER and smokes $300.00 Total to date $1034.00 NOT INCLUDING BEER AND SMOKES. The blood and sweat it took to polish, clean, and bring this baby to life...PRICELESS!!!
