o-rings too big
« on: July 28, 2008, 08:48:39 AM »
hey all, got a gasket set for my 72' cb350 twin from sirius and it had 2 larger diameter o-rings, 1 for the hole in the clutch cover around where the oil filter is and one to go around the oil filter cover.  tried to install them but they were way too big.  am i missing something here, is there a way shrink them?

Are the two o-rings the same size??
If so, it may be possible that they're for the cylinder/crankcase "joint".
