Chain easy question

I am looking at the Tsubaki chain as a replacement, only thing i can only find a HSL that is up to 650CC on JCwhitney.  I need a new chain and sprockets for my K4.  I'm ordering the JT sprockets unless i hear thats a bad idea.  Is this 650CC requirment for newer bikes and horsepower thing.  Any help would be great

Well jcwhitney is not the best chain source. There should be no problems on bikebandit.com. They have a wide array of chains. I got my non-oring there for a little over 50 with low shipping.
