Not in Alberta but just into BC in Kimberley.  You Alberta guys are always sneaking across the border to ride in the mountains, I've seen you!

What's up prairies?  Bought my very first bike a couple weeks ago, 1978 CB550K, now I just need to get it to run.  It needs a bit of work but for the price I got it for I figured it'll just be a matter of learning fast if I want to ride before the snow comes again.

New guy here. just bought a '76 CB750 and live in Cowtown. Trying to source appropriate new bars for the thing to remove the ape hangers that are on the bike. Who the hell would do that?  ::)

Regards,

Hey tomsweb thanks for saying hello.

I asked on the "introduce yourself" forum but no reply yet. Does anyone have a good source for parts and aftermarket bling? I have been emailing Steve Carpenter over at CB750.com, and he seems like a decent guy. His parts are limited to the cafe racer and bling side of the market, which is cool. Still looking for some recommendations for OEM/replacement stuff.

I've found a few places while surfing but would appreciate the 411 on a good parts place....

Unfortunately, I haven't had much luck myself. Online still looks like your best bet, but I still keep my eyes on the lookout.

Vern from Edmonton. Just picked up a 75 750k to resto/mod cafe style.  Should have it together by next riding season. Lots of work to do.  Cheers.
