Hi all,
Need desperately legal help to challenge a lawyer that does not cooporate on my behalf.
The story is about a Probate Registry and administration of an estate.
The lawyer has written in his first letter that my rights to receive my inheritance are without obligations to make any payments, but he does "strongly advise" me to pay a sizeable fee to cover some expenses..... (which do not refer to me!)
