Hi, I'm rebuilding my engine (cb750F1) and I don't know the number sequence for the cylinders. Is it 1 2 3 4 from left to right? I'm re fitting the camshaft and rocker arms and I'm a bit unsure. Last bike I worked on was a single cylinder 125 when Iwas 16 yrs old. Thanks, Andy from UK  ???  ???

You are rebuilding without a manual?

As you are sitting on the bike, #1 on the left.  Count sequentially across to the right.
