There is a guy on the internet (eBay.com) who sells paint kits and instructions for the K0's. Google him and get it done properly. Also, Vic World has cracked the secret of how to get the colour just right. He mentions it in the premier issue of MotorCylist Retro on page 55.

QUOTE:
....and Candy Blue Green are candy colors, the process presents a unique challenge - one World has pulled his hair out over for years. With a candy color, there's a silver metal flake base coat that's covered with a tinted clear. Two coats of tinted clear isn't enough: the color is too blue. Three is too many: The color goes green. So you actually need 2.5 coats, which is difficult for even the best painter. Any screwups and you have to strip the tank completely and start over. Once that's done correctly, the tank is striped and clear coated.
UNQUOTE.

The image below is from a 1970 magazine and is large enough to set as a background thingy on your P.C. if you want to refer to it.

I suggest you buy a copy of the first issue of the magazine I refer to above as it has a centrespread of the Candy Blue Green K0 which you will need for reference in any event.

Good luck, post up some pictures when you have your bike painted and looking like a million bucks.

Go get the correct paint kit and tank decals and forget about the picture. The file may very well have been scanned without the colour calibration, and your screen or printer may also be un-calibrated. Add that to a different colour sensitivity of your painter's vision and you will get a wrong colour.

I send chemicals overseas for work all the time. It is a pia, but it can be done. We send our chemicals to an authorized place to pack them and then they send it to a forwarder for air transport. It costs us a few hundred dollars to get out stuff packed into special boxes, but we're shipping about 100 pounds of stuff at a time. One time, for an epoxy, they wouldn't let it on a plane and we had to still have it specially packed and then arrange ocean transport.

The company I use to pack is Airpack, in Baltimore, MD. They then send it to BAX Global for shipping. It's probably more trouble than it's worth, but anything can be done with the right amount of $$$. If you can get an MSDS sheet, most places should be able to tell you whether or not they can do it.

Good luck.
