Hello All, been reading over some of the posts and decided to join up.  I've got a '71 CB750 K1 and an almost finished '78 CB750 F2.  The F2 is currently at the painters getting the Candy Presto Red put on.

I'm about to start on another 750/4 engine.  To make it more difficult I'm starting from a set of cases and working my way up.  Not sure how I'll go about sorting out main bearings etc for it.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Please post pics when you get her back from the painters. I'm just about ready to buy paint for my '77 CB750K, and I've just about settled on Candy Presto Red.

It is a difficult colour to get here.  I managed to get the original colour from a tank I bought.  Only one painter was able to match it here after about 6 months of searching.  Lots could probably match it however I managed to find a place that actually had the colour code breakdown in their system for the paint, they called it Candy Spectra Red.  It's a great match.

I'll post some pics when it is finished, don't hold your breath though.

He doesn't have the Candy Alpha red listed, but I'm going to email him to see if he can mix some up.
