Help identify carb rebuild part

Ok, I started rebuilding my 71 CB500 carbs today.  I took apart two of the four carbs, soaked them and then started reassembly.     However, I can't seem to identify two parts that came with the kit.

What is the third item from the lower right (silver jet looking donut)?  Also, what is the silver washer just to the left of the needle clip?

I thought that I removed everything from the carb body, but I couldn't find anything that resembled these two items.  Where do they go?

Mmmm... Needle shim. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

The alloy piece on the bottom row i think is the supposed needle seat, dont use it or the new needle they aint right.

The washer may go on the vacuum adaptor blanking screw

Unless I missed something, neither one of these parts came out of the two carbs that I have rebuilt thus far.
