hi iam pete its my first posting on this site i live in sandhurst uk ive got a 1976 750 f1 on the road and 1979 650Z that i hope to get back on the road someday i tried to put new brushes in the starter motor on the 750 today but i cant get get the clearance to pull the motor out any one got any ideas or do i need get to the starter clutch to work it out thanks pete

hi pete ,mick here in lancaster in the north of uk, once you have unbolted starter motor tap it across left to right and you will get enough clearance to lift it out hope this helps mick.
