Going to Cycle Exchange next week!
« on: August 02, 2008, 01:28:47 PM »
I'll be in the North Woods next week and I am going to swing by Cycle Exchange.  We have some business that we will be taking care of, but I though I would bring it up to see if there is anything you guys want looked at, priced, etc.

I'll be sure to snap some pics of his bikes and projects.  ;D

I've got nothing but good stuff to say about Ken.  Seems real down to earth and the last time I spoke to him we sat on the phone for about 45 minutes.  We both seem to be long winded.  :D

I'm pretty stoked to see his bike too!   ;D

If they have the factory headlight mounting flanges for a 77 CB750F Supersport I'll buy them ASAP. Just need a contact number so I can pay and get them shipped.

Please tell Ken my dual carb setup is working great since he sent me the new needles.
I'd be interested in seeing some of their project bikes.
How about a picture of their back lot--outside storage.

Ask him what he is using for rod bolts in those new rods.

I'm back!  That place is awesome, I left sticky drops all over his garage.  ;D  Ken is a real mellow down to earth guy, and 3 1/2 hours of shooting the breeze flew by in a blink.  He told me to thank everyone that has posted on his products, but he is by no means a "forum guy."  His wife Sue does all the internet sales and financial end of things, so he is free to play in the garage.

Here are some pics of his latest (not a SOHC) but he told me he won rat or street fighter at Rockerbox in Milw.

I thought I took some pics of the other pics on his bike and some close ups, but I can't find them.  ???

Here is his cut away of the CB750

Here are the two bikes he is most known for.

I have to up load some more pics, and yes I did get the new piston rod pics.  They are something to drool over!!!!

We were talking about his rods and he pulled one out, and cut it to show the difference.  These things are too sweet!  Thicker body, cleaner connection, and thicker bolts.  I also shot some side by sides of his big bores.
