hi, iam considering getting a 77 cb750 and wanted to know if there are any variations in the 750 motor throughout its production run. esp if the 77 is a good motor.  is there any diff between a K and an F 750?  iam assuming there is so if someone could enlighten me that would be great!  thanks--zeph

This link has some of the info I think you are looking for as far as specs.  As for preference, I have no idea.

There are small differences in the K & F. The 77 - 78 motors are probably the best since They contained all the refinements that were weaknesses in the earlier years.
