Bad mental images......

I would have to agree with Rocking M on the Desmosedici RR but add pushing it to its limits on the track.

I'm with you to on the track deal, it was a hard decision, but I went with open road balls to the walls on the way out.

Around the rim of the Grand Canyon at dawn on my CB750. Let me have a few minutes when the gas runs out to take it all in and then what happens next will be a new adventure.

An RC166 around Nürburgring.

I'd stop when it ran out of gas. I couldn't wreck it on my way out  ;D

Brough Superior SS1000, from Tierra del Fuego to Anchorage, Alaska.

OK, Ok that's more than 1 tank of gas, but when you got your check-out ticket, who cares about the small print.

Don't know about the bike.  Something classic, medium sized, thrifty on gas.

The ride?  That's easy.  A circumnavigation of the Land of Israel.  Lingering in the north around the Golan. I wouldn't mind revisiting some places I knew east of Tzur.  Stopping south of Eilat for a last look at the coral reefs.  Ending at sunrise in Jerusalem at the Western Wall.

Of course that's a bit more than one tank of gas.  Okay, I'll start at the Hermon and go to Jerusalem.  The Western Wall/Temple Mount at sunrise.  I cry just thinking about it.

I think i would want to go on a v65 magna or sabre through glacier national park. Up the mountains passes.
Once the main runs out, strap myself down and hit reserve and floor it for all shes worth and literally fly out into the lake as far as I can.

Where are we going??....

When I read the first page of the thread, I actually thought about the Highway to the Sun..

I found myself on that road one day on my R100Rt.. having picked it as the route that looked best on the map.. after passing cars endlessly, it finally dawned on me that perhaps I should enjoy that part, rather than race thru it.. :o... sure turned into a lot of nothing after I crested the top and got on the east side..

I'll ride a diesel bike, that way I'll never run out of "gas" LOL!

Otherwise I'll take my 750 and ride Tail of the Dragon all day.
No matter how fast or how far I rode, I couldn't leave her memory behind.
