New to the forum - 74 CB 350 F
« on: August 06, 2008, 01:37:47 PM »
Hello.  I've been reading around on here a lot and thought I'd introduce myself.  My name is Matt and I live in Central Ohio.  I just picked up a 74 CB350F and am looking forward to getting it running again.  Probably not going to restore it to all stock, but will try to make it look nice and ridable.  Found lots of good info on here so I joined.  I'll post some pics of my bike when I take them this week sometime.

Here's my new project:

I'm no mechanic, but I'm going to try to learn a few things by working on this bike.  This looks like a great place with lots of info.

Can someone tell me about joining the club on the main website?  Is it different than creating an account on the forums?  Thanks for any info.

Matt

I dig those pipes. Baffled? Open? I ran open for @ week and had teenagers in Suvs clutching there ears in pain. Was cool but not effective for me... Welcome too from South Carolina.

So, the strategy is to lie to people you are asking for help?

I think I'll be busy going for a ride.

Good luck!

They're open and extremly loud.  The PO did that after the stock set rusted through.  I'm going to try to find some 4-2 to replace the current ones eventually.
