Thought you were in Houston? Don't think I'll make it this year. My wife found something else for us to do after I just rode 3900 miles into Canada then to Sturgis. I think she's being a little selfish ;D If you're interested there will be over 5000 bikes riding in a procession together into Cripple Creek Saturday morning. There are 3 organized starting points. Pikes Peak Harley in Colorado Springs. Outpost Harley in Pueblo. Rocky Mountain Harley in Denver. The Denver group leaves at 8:00am. The Pueblo group leaves at 8:30am. And The Springs group leaves at 9:00am. All 3 groups will meet at Woodland Park High School and ride at 10:30am for Cripple Creek. It's quite the sight to be there ahead of the procession and watch all the bikes parade into town.

I want to go there one day. Neil Young, my favourite "artiste"

"Hey, hey Cripple Creek ferry
Butting through the overhanging trees
Make way for the Cripple Creek ferry
The waters going down it's a mighty tight squeeze.

All alone the captain stands
Hasn't heard from his deck hands.
The gambler tips his hat and walks towards the door.
It's the second half of the cruise.
And you know he hates to lose.

Hey, hey Cripple Creek ferry
Butting through the overhanging trees
Make way for the Cripple Creek ferry
The waters going down it's a mighty tight squeeze".
