Thats a shame....While he wasn't the head of the company then...I've always loved thier designs from the 50's, and 60's.

Being a tragedy as any death is, I wonder why there is that much fuzz about it in every motor forum on Internet. This man was the grandson of the company founder. He was acting as CEO, that is, he was a businessman and I doubt he has ever designed anything for the Pininfarina company.


According to the link above, "he was riding a vespa, not a motorcycle".....

yea it's on the Fiat forums, it's ironic, he could have been driving a Ferrari, or the new Alfa, but was killed on a scooter.

One more thing Raul, I bet we'll never see a CEO in the states killed on Vespa. Though, I'd trade the whole lot over here
for the European mindset that a CEO can ride a Vespa.
