My Iron Horse has occidental pedigrees....
« on: August 09, 2008, 07:40:22 AM »
Hello!
My name is John Miller and I'm from Detroit, MI, USA. Grew up with bikers for parents but never got the Harley bug. My first bike was a '74 Harley(Aermacchi) AMF Sprint 350 at 16. Over the years-'74 CB450T, '75 CB500T, '76 CB360T '81 Kaw KZ1000LTD, then the last in 2002, my favorite and total mod..'82 CB650SC Nighthawk that started out Captain America red, white, and blue before I got to it.. I miss that bike.
Then life got in the way of living as it has a habit of doing, a child and all that comes with it. Then my son turned two and learned about motorcycles and the bug was back. Currently I'm trying to bring back to life a '76 CB550F Project. Halfway there..I've come to like this site and the camaraderie...You meet the nicest people on a Honda..
I'd post pics but 256k is the bottom end for my digital camera..I'll try..

Welcome!  This is a great site with a ton of great members.  Some of these folks have forgotten more than I will ever know about these bikes.

Also, if your Iron Horse (as it were) is from Japan, wouldn't it have oriental pedigrees? ;) ;D ;D
