I am working on my 1975 CB550 engine. The No.2 piston is pretty rusted in as the exhaust valve was open and the engine sat and sat and sat. Going by when the VA inspection sticker it sat for about 24 years. Any ways, it ain't going anywhere on its own. I have socked it in ATF fluid and now some Liquid Wrench.
So, I was wondering if I could split the case and disconnect the rod from the crank so I can work on it easier.
