I'll be in the Swap Meet with an Ascot, a cafe'-305 Scrambler and one or two others. I'll be comfortable in my van. This will be my first visit to this event.  I am a regular at Mid-Ohio and sold a nice '75 cb750F but picked up a '77 to be cafe'd.

...hey tony, I'm on the fence whether I'm going...I'm not optimistic at this point.  I'm trying to get this bike properly jetted, and its a long hard slog.  Patrick, and another guy are riding from BR over to Mongomery to join Patricks dad-in-law, then going up 65 from there.  Patricks email is pjmehaffey@gmail.com  He'd love to have another...drop him an email...

There are several of us coming up from Orlando....plans are still somewhat fluid but a hookup would be great!

Man, I'm so super-pissed I'm missing it this year.  I've got a sh*tload of cool bikes to enter in the VJMC show, but I guess it'll have to wait until next year.

I'll be an AHRMA member by then as well, and gonna enter in some of the dirt events!  Gonna be fun!

...looks like the Baton Rouge clique will be there...3 or 4 or us.  We should pick a bar or something in town and lets plan on meeting there Saturday night.  Somewhere down down...maybe park all the bikes out front at 7ish.  Anyone have any suggestions???

Which day?
What time?
John, since you are the only local yokel discussing this, I nominate you to organize this thing.  I'll be in Pell City around 4 PM Thursday.   I'll PM you with my cell number later today.

Guys, I will be there on Friday. I'm bringing in 4 bikes for the VJMC event. Come say hello - I'd like to put faces to names.

Just look for any Hondas - they asked me to leave them at home. It will be all Kawasaki and Yamaha for this trip.

Seriously, come say hello.

Yup.

By my count, there's about 15 in this thread plus whoever is coming along.  That's a respectable showing.

No kidding...  I'm wondering if we should call ahead first or if we'll just split into smaller groups?
