Honda PA50II Hobitt/Camino part Question
« on: July 20, 2008, 06:57:51 PM »
I'm looking for the following parts in the US to finish this old moped up (A decent supplier...).

Honda Part Number
16011-147-305 FLOAT VALVE (2)
16024-124-760  DRAIN SCREW SET (5)
16010-156-305 GASKET SET (1)

I don't need the entire gasket set, just the smallest o-ring that goes on the Drain Screw. If anyone has the specs on this O-ring, that'd be great. If I were to get the Drain Screw Set, would the O-ring be included wit the part number?

My local Honda dealer hasn't proven very resourceful in helping out thus far, but I will be checking tomorrow with them as well.

Thank you in advance....

Bryan,

Thanks for the link. Filled out the parts request there already.

This project jumped in front of the NC50.

The Camino was built in Belgium I believe and here in UK had something like 27 carb modifications to get it running right, Unfortunately for you my nephew just crushed 2 of em but they were very common over here so please ask if you need anything.

Push in pilot jet again which does get blocked remove same as 750 F2

Terry at Western Hills was great. They are swamped now with the gas prices this side of the pond.

I snapped the petcock while replacing the carb, but rigged up a bottle on the side and got it running. Idle was too high and I ended up hitting the curb and bending the front rim and the 'swing arm' assembly.

I've gotten a replacement swing arm, and am waiting on a different rim.

If you have a line on some parts, I am having trouble finding the floor boards. I have one in ok shape, and the other in 3 bad shapes.

Also, I have started a forum for the Express and Hobbit at http://expresslyhonda.yuku.com/ since I couldn't find any dedicated forum like the SOHC.

Thanks for asking,

Alan

I'm in the same boat...
Once the 350 is back together, My Hobbit needs a new carb. :-\

And just to make you sick... My hobbit has only 47.5 miles on it! ;D ;D ;D

I could probably find what you want but to ship something that large across the pond will be expensive so its probably a last reort

47 miles. Sweet. Come on over and post some pictures under the Hobbit Section if you get the chance.

My 550 is waiting til winter, so I've been dinking around with these. I'm going to build a 'bobber' from a '82 Express I think.

Bryan,

Understood. I have a few leads on this side to follow up on. I'll let you know tho. I do appreciate the offer.
