I picked up some mikuni flat slides yesterday for the Cagiva. They are real clean and
probably were never run much if at all. They were take offs on a Duck back in the 90's
and it was probably made a race machine from the get go.
Anyway, I can't seem to get the throttle cables disconnected from the slides.
I can see the notch and all but the bugger won't come loose. Any tips on that?
These carbs also have a lot of extra, what I'm assuming are vacuum lines.
What's up with those? I think some ducks ran a vacuum fuel pump but these
carbs sit well below the tank on the Cagiva. Do I still need the pump?
