Shock removal question
«
on:

Do I need to take any special measures to compress and secure my rear shocks before removal? I don't want them to spring open when they pop off. Thanks

No for removal, yes for disassembly.

Prop up the rear wheel/swingarm assembly before removing both shocks
Once assumes you're already on the centerstand or a bike lift.

Only if you don't want it to fall suddenly when you remove that last bolt.
