4 into 4 drag pipes

I was also just considering cutting off the rusty mufflers of the 4 into 4....one how bad will this sound and would it be inspectable. has anyone done this and added mufflers. I was thinking of cuttin it after the collector the would keep 2 and 2 of the pipes together ...any information on similar exhaust mods would be awesome.

If you want 4 into 4 drag pipes look up the 4pack bike and listen to the ride vid he has posted. Your bike would sound much like that. As for 4 into 2s i have seen it done my roommate had a 1980 CB650 that had the mufflers cut off. It sounded alright like that. Kind of a pity that the friend that bought that bike is just letting it sit to rot...

the 4 pack bike is sweet...I never saw the video have to check it out...wonder if it will pass pa inspecection that way.

yeah not sure I can muffler all 4 for a decent price and look...anyone know the link that 4pack showed the video of it....
