All Kidding aside...thats a very nice garden Sammy.
Could you tell us about the water plants in your pond?
Mine got wiped out by the hurricane and I am looking for some tips.
Can't tell you much Timmy, I'm still learning myself.
Due to the fact that the plants multiply nearly as fast as the fish, I have to keep yanking loads out.
All the plants came from mates who were over stocked and offered them when I built the pond 3 years back.
There are 4 water lilies, English and Canadian pond weed for airiation, spider plants that are running riot and a few others that I dont know the names of.
The pond has become very natural looking over the last 2 years and the wild life in it is quite suprising.
If you know anyone close by that has a pond Tim, just ask if the have any spare plants, I'm sure they will have at this time of the year....I pulled a load out of mine at the weekend and it all just got binned.
Sam.
