Salutations,
I found this website and these forums while searching for various things related to 70s CB750 motorcycles.  I'm about to buy one off craigslist, once the owner gets the title for me.  It's a '75 cb750f super sport, orange, with 12k miles.  It runs much better than the other ones I've looked at so far, but it's currently sporting a hideous vetter windjammer fairing, which will be my first focus - removal and conversion back to stock.
I found some awesome diagrams at bikebandit dot com with exploded views of the bike with part names and numbers, and I've found a few people in my area who sell parts, so I'm hoping it will go smoothly.
I'm sure I'll be posting more than a few threads in my efforts to get it back to stock, especially regarding the electrics.

Thank you already for the valuable resource.

-Gregory

Hello Gregory and welcome from England.

If you need help with your rebuild then someone here will be able to help. These guy's really do know their onions.

I've been a member for a few day's now and this site is massive. It will take an age to read all the way through it.

Remember to post loads of pics.

Welcome!  :)

A good site for exploded diagrams and part numbers, not to mention ordering parts from, is:

www.cmsnl.com

They also cross-reference part numbers so you can see what other bikes take a given part.

cheers
