So the bathroom in my shop is done.  I had to finish in order to refinance... with the thought of converting the shop to a master bedroom in the future.   I had some great help with the trim and electrical, but otherwise did everything myself.

CafeElite, What a cool site you posted "garage Journal"! Thanks!

I'm going to build a 24 X 30 garage in my backyard in Florida this summer.
What a timely find! It will sure be a help!

What I'm working with now:

In this form, I can fit two cars in there, barely. Now that it's nicer out I leave my car outside so I can keep the projects in my stall.

Well, here's what I've got so far since I moved to Las Vegas.  For most of 2009 the bikes and trailer were in storage, but when I lost my job in October I had to move everything into my garage in order to save money.  I pushed the trailer into the garage hitch first, put it up on jack stands and a floor jack so that I can roll bikes on and off.  I also plan on making a bike lift out of a small scissor jack so that I can work on a bike while it is strapped to the trailer.  The first 2 pics show the Sportster, CB650 & XS650 up front so that I can rotate the Battery Tender from one to the next.  The 3rd pick shows the IT465 and CB350F on the trailer behind my covered, roll around HO train layout.

Finished epoxying my garage floor last weekend, just about done curing.  I used the Rustoleum epoxy kit.  Came out pretty well I think.  I just regret not taking into account what to do with all the food in the freezer, so that kept me from doing that part of the floor.  Stupid I know.  Here's the before and after:

I should have taken a picture with the racecar out and before rolling the firebird in. One lives in the trailer and one the shop depending on the season.

Never mind your garage, are those shadows?  Do you have sunshine up there?  We haven't seen the sun around here since last August.  Guess it must be that fabulous rain shadow you live in... ironic name, eh?

Living in an apartment in Seattle means I have to rent a garage.  Started out in this small garage in '97 (this is what it looked like when I moved in/out last year:

The executive bathroom across the alley can be seen in this one:

It was not bad for 1 or 2 bikes, got a little crowded at one point- I had 3 bikes & 3 or 4 friends bikes (can't stand to see stuff left outside)
Moved into another garage I shared with a friend last year, got a little crowded when he closed his shop & moved his Harley's back:

Now have moved to a new space I share with 2 other guys- 1 is storing a cb200 there & the other is not storing anything there so I have the place pretty much to myself- built the bench last month, $30 in lumber & a couple of hours:

"I did everything by the seat of my pants. That's why I got hurt so much."

Given that you rebuilt it that long ago I wouldn't sell it either.  Family pass along, definitely.  How costly are parts for those?
