Haha. It does need better lighting, actually! You can't see all of it in the pictures but, I also have a bathroom and a finished room for my gear. (~1500 sq ft)

I have a bathroom next to my shop, too!  It's called the side yard, and it's entirely private as long as nobody drives down the alley while I'm out there. ;D

Not much of a shop , just mainly basic tools and somewhere to keep the bikes. Has a beer fridge which is good.

That looks fantastic Ken, have you got any kids? If not, would you like to adopt me? I'm one hell of a son! ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

This is where the new shop is being built. Getting ready to start on concrete in the next week or so. Cleared an acre right in the middle of the land. Nobody'll know we're in there, hopefully.

That is a sweet setup Lars, my steel garage has a condensation problem in winter too, and as winter is fast approaching I think I'll cover my bikes this winter. I wonder if you can buy clear covers so I can still see them? Cheers, Terry. ;D

It's fcuking easy Scunny, if like me, you're a motorcycle and tool hoarder. I've got 4 fcuking big industrial bench drills, but I only use one, it's just that I can't throw the other 3 away........... ;D

Terry.... is that a Hoyer lift?

Er, it might be, what the F is a "Hoyer Lift" mate? ;D

It's basically a cherry picker for the medical field. Used to lift up cripples or old folk. I suppose you could lift a drunk person off of your stoop as well if they pass out there and block the door.

Oh right, yep, that's what it is, I pulled it out of a scrap metal bin, the batteries were shot when I found it so I replaced them and the "up" and "down" works, but not the bit that spreads the feet to give it more stability. It's really handy for unloading engines and heavy machine tools from my truck and not as cumbersome as my big engine crane. Cheers, Terry. ;D

That's what sold me on our house, too. Garage and workshop half built. I just needed to add the tools.

My girlfriends grandpa's shop he lets me use

Is that a gantry crane on the right?

The Chevy is on a legitimate lift (there is another lift outside in front of that door) and the metal thing on wheels on the far right is like a hand powered forklift thing that opens and lowers the garage door since the spring gave up the ghost a couple weeks ago)

If you can't fix it with a hammer, it's an electrical problem... If it's an electrical problem, it's Cal's problem.
