I do like that tank Andy, what is it? ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Its a very rare fiberglass Habbermann from Germany circa 1970's. Fits like the proverbial glove; I don't know capacity yet.

who cares?!  dad's ducati mike hailwood replica has such a small tank it will only do 100 miles on a tank (downhill all the way)... i think it just gives him more options to talk it up at the gas station when all the eyeballers and droolers can't resist.   ;D

Wow, that tank is super, super sexy.   :o    I had a Ducati 1981 900SS (bevel) with a glass tank & their lines are similar.

During the cold WI winter my heated patio becomes my shop and bike haven.  I spend all winter there.  As long as I have it cleaned up in the spring my wife is great with it.  That way I don't bother her all winter.

I HATE ROOFING!!!

Almost as much as I hate the sound of melting snow dripping into buckets.

But the weather is supposed to be nice for a while, so I get to do some more.

Instead of flogging White Rice around the countryside and generally enjoying myself.

The shop is done. The garage is next. fun fun fun.

It gets worse......

Lots worse...

Say Terry, if you need to do to gain a bit of space, just sen me one of your bikes to keep for you and then you'd have room for more shelfs to put those parts! ;D ::) ;)

ALRIGHT!!!!......................... Hey, wait a minute! :-\ I KNEW there'd be a catch. :( You actually want me to foot the bill for the container? ??? ::)  Besides, I don't know how big a one to get and exactly where to send it and all. ;D So, that being said, if you could just take care of the details, I'd sure take care of your stuff! :D Ha!Ha!Ha!  ::) After all, I'm gonna have to rent some storage space to put it in, when it gets here. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

                                   Take care Terry,  Bill ;)

What shop?

I cleaned the garage a bit but there's still not much room to work.

No matter how fast or how far I rode, I couldn't leave her memory behind.

Here's my crumbling garage up in Syracuse:

I call it "The Dungeon".

What you can't see to the right is my roommate's Civic and the iron maiden, rack, Judas cradle, etc. It reeks of mold, toxic chemicals, the remnants of a broken compact fluorescent bulb I dug up in there while cleaning it up (I ended up calling Poison Control out of sheer paranoia, they told me to stuff it), and possibly radon or something.

If the bike doesn't kill me, the shop will. Oh well, what makes you stronger, right?
