Doubtful, my guess would be that the 'Wing seat is longer, and probably has the hinges on the wrong side, or they just don't line up.

I don't know. It seems like most people on this list aren't sure, either. If it definately fit, someone would have replied by now. If you buy the seat, let us know what you find out. if it fits, we'll hail you as a hero.
