Topic: New 750 project either a bobber or cafe racer

I just picked up this old girl 81 cb750.  Got her for $500 she does need some love but I am ready to give her all she needs.  For starters she will need new plug wires as these are shot so I will be on the hunt for some.  And will need to rebuild the carbs so ima look for a kit.  I do powder coating so she will get lots of that done I also dabble in painting so will throw some kinda color on her, im trying to decide bobber or cafe racer still not sure.  Welcome to opinions on each.
