Hi Everyone,

Just completed the MSF and bought my first bike, a 1975 cb400f - with about 14k miles on it.



The bike runs great. I plan on making it run even better, doing basic upgrades, and stripping down some weight.
If anyone has some must do, basic/cheap mods I would love to hear them - and any other suggestions!

I lived in Nahant, across from the city of sin (and it's true what they say about it). Later on, I moved to Winchester near the Wooburn line and worked near Medfihd.

Thanks everyone. I've been riding around a lot the past 2 days, 1 thing I noticed about my bike:

At full throttle, the bike feels great - smooth, everything it should be. However, in the low rpm range, and coming out of first gear there is a lot of hesitation. The bike sat for 2 weeks after I bought it, I'm wondering if I just need to ride it out of her? Should I spray the carbs with some cleaner? Any other advice?
