MAC 4-1 Cannister Type for CB750 K5
« on: September 10, 2005, 06:17:57 AM »
I am in the market for a 4-1 exhaust (MAC). Has anyone fitted one of these to their K5?  I am looking for the cannister end type rather than megaphone. Do I need to rejet? Is it a simple fit? I could not find anything in FAQ. Thanks for any information. I see them at Chapparrall for $216. Please give me some insight. Have a great day.

Comming from my experience , if you chage the amout of air comming in , or the exhaust going out on ANY internal combustion motor , a re-jet is in order..........

I've got a mac on my 78 550k.easy fit up runs and sounds great.no need to re jet.could be different on a 750 though.only way to tell is to install it then do a plug chop.If the plugs are a nice mocha colour (color for you U.S. guys)then just enjoy the ride.
