350F SS Brake Lines, need info.
« on: December 10, 2008, 08:12:13 PM »
Looking for info on the lengths (and source) of stainless steel brake lines for my 1972 CB350F.

I would like to only use two lines and not use the hard steel line down by the caliper. Stock handle bars.

I'm sure a few of you have already done this and your insight would be most helpful.

I still need to do this.  Gotta get one three inches shorter and the other two inches shorter.  I guess I am going through Z1 for Goodridge lines.
I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.

I measured the old lines and bought Goodridge lines and new fittings from J&P.  They're made from 9 inches to 54 inches in about 2 inch increments.  They're priced reasonalbly and seem to be of good quality.

How did the line connect to the caliper? Did you use the hard line?
