Of course this is only my own opinion (in my world that translates to near Gospel proportions
) all you need to do is consider what is, in essence, a Cafe. It's a stripped down bike made to perform better than stock- a hot rod really.
It doesn't have to be British or (again IMO) even have the ubiquitous clubman bars! Just as not all true sports cars have fold down wind 'screens' and Lucas electrics a Cafe is the result- not the means. OK, not sure if that last bit makes sense but hopefully I make a valid point. Sure, there's a certain aesthetic to consider. But,
cool is also found in originality.
After you build whatever you want just take it out and blast from one Star bucks to the next (about 30 feet probably) and you can tell the snobs to piss off: it's a Cafe Racer!
