I just stumbled (seem to do a lot of that) upon this little item.  If I'm not mistaken it's US based- which is surprising.

Anyone familiar with this rag?

I just found it last night too.  I was hoping they would have some sample articles or something on the site.  The subscription price isn't bad for $20 a year but it's for only 4 issues.  I don't want to end up paying $5 per issue to find out it's 20 pages of crap.
