Hey King, I've got a question on your wiring harness:
   What grade wire should one use when creating a harbness like this? 10, 12, 14?

   Also, how hard is it to put turn signals back into the design?

Call me a safety nut.   ::) :)

My eBay customers were whining about having it free on my site.  I had to stop my auctions or charge $5.99 on my site. The economy being what it is, I decided to charge on my site.  Best $5.99 you ever spent when you consider it is less than a Big Mac meal with an apple pie.  At least my schematic is usable for more than a day and doesn't automatically turn to fat and poo, ewww!  ::)

regarding wire sizes, again, being thrifty. I reuse all the Honda wires, connectors, and components I can from the original system.  If you have no original harness, I have used 22 Gage wires with good results.  The starter and main battery ground wires are much larger and I reuse my Honda takeoffs from various parts bikes.

I hope this helps guys, I have sold many of the schematics with great feedback.  Thanks!

Paid money for it..... Oh well He's here with it available for you, so I say support him, his great work and all he does. Lord knows when my wife gets back to work I am going to try and start a business with these old bikes, buying and selling parts and making a bike or two with my own styles and designs. So like I said praise him and support him, I know I would buy one of his hardtails if I had the money. ;D

King,

I paid as well on the 28th.  Are you mailing these things out? :)  Haven't received mine yet.

Not in any rush, just hat loose ends because I end up forgetting about stuff I've paid for.

Thanks man.

I had one returned with a non deliverable address and another went to my paypal without notifying me it had been purchased.  All this is getting straightened out and everyone should have their schematics now.  I am sorry for any delays or confusion.  Thanks guys.
