Very nice setup. I liked it better with the first tail you showed. That tail coupled with the fairing would be a knockout. Of course I understand wanting to go with the more traditional tail to keep everything vintage.

Frame is really gorgeous, and not really cheap although........................ considering is was almost complete??!!
The CBX frames came in a later stage. Build frames for almost any make/type of bike.

First and original will not be used. First is to modern for my liking and original I hate! But it is original!
Thinking of purchasing a Don Vesco from Airtech.

Still fond of the "Big Benly" bike.

Am busy on the lathe to make all the motormounting bolts in Stainless with some very light aluminium nuts.
Also the ugly steering stem nut has to go in favor for a light one.

Well early tomorrow morning it is of to a show in Belgium so of to bed!

Although I like the original tail (judging by the picture anyway) I do think the Airtech is a winner. I am eager to see your progress (and result!) because much of the MM's I see are CBX or some other brand.

Hi TG,
Think I can win several seconds if I am able to 'turn' myself into a lightweight!
Although I am busy with the Turbo, found myself a pretty WP shock, fully adjustable. Should also be worth a few tenth's a lap. No leaks, everything works just have to give it a good clean and maybe a new (heavier) spring.

Hey there,

Not so much. It is a projekt that will come together, but first have to finish off my Old Skool Turbo projekt, which also is not moving fast due to other factors.
But there will be some updates soon when the frame will be stripped and painted.

Seat is a Honda RCB Endurance replica.
Think I am not a 'pink' guy. And maybe a bit conservative, let make it black.

That pink looks like a school girl's nail polish. Took guts (or questionable taste) to paint it like that in the first place. Regardless, This frame is simply beautiful. I almost painted my Plymouth street racer pink just to be irritating.

Sorry if I missed it but do you have a lower potion to the fairing? I'll have to review this thread from the start.

looks like the center for gravity is much higher than a stock framed bike.

The springrate front and back is quite high, so without the engine and other components to put some load on it, it has no negative sack. Hope I explained this right. Have not taken pictures with the engine in, but then it is at a normal height.
