I am currently looking at a 1975 cb750 US model (VIN Number:  CB7502523720)  with
about 30K miles. What arethe goods and bads of these year bikes? Some years better than others.
Some years more reliable? Is 30K alot of miles(rebuild time?) or are
these bikes good for a lot more. Parts readily available?

Thanks
Alan

depending on how they were ridden you can get another 30K out of it or the top end needs a rebuild. Check for lifter/cam/camchain noise. Look at any oil weeps and make sure they are not full on leaks. I'm sure other will chime in with more.

Other drivers, especially in SUVs yelling at the kids in the back while talking on the cell phone....

As for parts, I've seen tons around for the earlier 750s (69-76).  Here's a link for some specs on the differences between engine years.  http://www.hondachopper.com/engine.html
