In case no-one comes back with what you're looking for I'll include this pic which only shows one end of what this fellow has done. There was another bracket bolted to the torque arm on the hub for the opposite end and he attached the inner cable to the original brake arm.




Sorry this doesn't show well at all but there is a bracket bolted to the frame and a cable tension adjuster at the lever end.

This is was I was thinking of, for a CB500 racer I'm building. Maybe next step is to convert to dual operation.

I'm in the planning stages for the same kind of project. Here's another pic and this bike takes a very simple actuating rod approach instead. I'm still undecided.
