CB500 Clutch question

When it comes to clutch tech I'm a little unsure of alot of things, main thing I'm unsure of is when bike is IN gear and I grab a handle full of clutch(engaged) should it still cause the rear wheel to spin slowly, If not (which I'm thinking it shouldn't), what could be the the issue.?

The clutch plates are in an oil bath.  Viscous coupling will make the tire rotate.  Should be able to stop it with the sole of your boot.  If the clutch is dragging more than that, then it needs servicing.

 Yes Indeed it does stop easily, thank you for clearing that up for me.
