Congratulations!!! Now the important question.......what does she ride????
If ever there was a creator of bastard sons, it is the open road, for she has claimed so many young men yearning for freedom......

Congrats, mate. I did it 3 months ago after living with her for 20 years. Best thing I ever did, should have done it years ago, but both our sets of parents were in an unhappy relationship so I guess we didn't have much faith in the institution on marriage.

Good one Steve! ;D  Actually, I married Brenda 37 yrs ago. We've had ups and downs, but I did the right thing by going that route. ;) Your marriage will be as good as the TWO of you make it. :) Good Luck! ;)

27 years for us, after 2 years of living together. To me it's like having children, another part of the life experience. Course, you could say the same thing about dying ;D ::) ;D

All best!

37...congrats!  I'm working on 35 yrs. myself, and I have to admit, there are times you wish you didn't get married, and there are plenty of time you were glad you did.  I have three kids, and two grandsons, and love them all!

Thanks Steve, you've got some pretty good time built up yourself and that's cool too. 8)

That's GREAT Steve, We've got Karla (our Daughter) and because she's "Special Needs" with her seizures (11 months old til 18 years old, when she had brain surgery) and now she has Anxiety and comprehension problems. We decided to just have one child because of Karla's problems, we were concerned that there would be a conflict with another child because of all the attention that Karla would need and be getting. Wouldn't take anything for her either. ;) Needless to say, that ruled out grandkids too. Now THAT kinda bothered me for a short period, a VERY short period.

                             Take care, Bill ;)

Thanks everyone, for your congrats and .....advice... ???

I plan on getting her a 750 to work on so, with any luck, when the project is complete she'll appreciate the overall zen of motorcycling. If not then I have another bike.  ;)
