Lower bars and it would already be pretty good.

Yeah those bars are actually Renthal Motocross bars from my YZ250F! They sorta look like superbike bars but they're aluminum.

yeah don't unload that seat! bars are nice and if your comfortable riding with them keep them too. they look like the short bars i see on some euro versions of these bikes, or the 400f bars i have for my 550. people sorta have a stereotypical image of "cafe" bikes. look up old pictures of "real" cafes from back in the day; they almost always didn't look like replica-racers. your bike looks good.

400' hurry up with pix!  ;D love the 400's. ok, a bit slow today. just noticed your link.  :-[ :D

Hey Jimmy, I just tried to nominate your 550 for bike of the month......then was told it already won last month!  I'm a little behind ::)

Congrads though!

Don't mean to hijack.  I'm done now.

I've heard/read that ceramic coating is the best if you want color to stay on pipes.  How long have those pipes been coated and how much did it run you?

It is the best no question. Very durable. I've done car intakes & other whole exhaust systems. That header ran 150, which I thought was a little high but the guy was swamped & I was in a hurry. Plus I did the 2 colors.
