Well I just rebuilt the petcock this afternoon and low and behold there is a hairline crack in the bowl part (CB350f). I bought the rebuild kit b/c I thought the seal around it was leaking (also the fuel screen was varnished). Turns out the drip was coming from that crack. Any tempory fix I can use? I'm just going to find another one as a replacement but I've put so much work into this bike I wanna ride it
. Plus it'll probally take me a while to find one. Was thinking about rednecking it and throwing some JB weld over the crack, but will gas dissolve it?
