Minnesota Mechanic

Anyone know of a good mechanic, maybe a weekend warrior that can tuneup a a 1974 CB750.  I have restored it from ground up, but need an expert to get it running well.  Im in the West Metro area, near Eden Prairie.  thanks for any suggestions

I'll do it if you are willing to drive 70 miles to get it here.
There are old bikers and there are bold bikers but there are very few old, bold bikers.

Hey man Midwest Cycle or Excaliber Motorsports are both good. Excaliber is more reasonable. Midwest is in Edina and Excaliber is in Hopkins...
