How do you keep the cam from rotating?
If it's worth doing, it's worth doing twice.

My one tip would be to not forget to use some loctite on the two bolts. I've done those on different engines but can't remember any issues with tightening, maybe snick it into low gear.

After that my no1 tip would be “make sure to stuff a rag into the cam chain tunnel while doing any work there”. So easy to lose those little bolts!

Put it in gear and step on the brake or block up the rear sprocket with wood.

Dropping a bolt down the cam tunnel can make for a very bad day ! Yes the block of wood on the chain sprocket in gear will do the trick.
